Peyton Clark, Clinical Intern
Peyton is pursuing her master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Georgia. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of North Georgia.
Peyton is passionate about helping individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, ADHD, stress, perfectionism, and life transitions. She enjoys helping her clients process their emotions and experiences, while also assisting them in uncovering a deeper understanding of themselves. Peyton works with adolescents and adults.
Peyton works to foster a safe, collaborative space for her clients as they work together toward growth and healing. Her therapeutic style is empathic, calming, and warm. Peyton uses an existential approach combined with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness in order to best serve the unique needs of each of her clients.
In her free time, Peyton enjoys running, reading, spending time with loved ones, and playing with her two cats, Ravenna and Rey. Peyton sees clients in the Roswell and Buckhead offices, and via telehealth. She is supervised by Marissa Mundy, LPC, CPCS.
